Meet Your Coach
Spencer Stringer
For the last 26 years, I’ve been on a wild, globe‑trotting adventure in the name of people, purpose, and really good coffee.
I spent 15 years in Asia, in ministry, and then starting and running two businesses, learning a ton, and leading teams through all kinds of change. I came back to the States for 7 years before Thailand called my name. I've spent the last 5 years there, and that’s where the idea for Cultivate Collective was born; somewhere between coaching conversations, mission work, and one too many cups of coffee.
About 30 years ago, I married way up. Veronica is the smartest, most hardworking person I know, the real gem of our family. Together we’ve raised four incredible kids, and being their dad is one of the greatest joys of my life. I’ve traveled to 33 countries, and my proudest, and possibly craziest, achievement so far is successfully driving around Cairo!Â
I’m a missions and missions coaching specialist, and I love helping people break through what’s holding them back so they can truly thrive in leadership, in their calling, in their work, and in everyday life.
On the academic side, I graduated from Texas Tech, earned my master’s from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and I’m currently working on my PhD at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me with a cup of coffee in hand (I love it a lot… probably too much) and a record spinning in the background. Vinyl has become my latest obsession. Good coffee, good music, and meaningful conversations—that’s my happy place.
What I bring to the Table
Coaching is my Gifting
Coaching isn’t just my job, it’s my gifting. My desire to coach comes from a deep passion to see people flourish in their own calling, leading and living from a place of true thriving, not just getting by.
High Level Leadership
I’ve led at the executive level, launched my own businesses, and learned firsthand that leadership is empty without the people we serve. I help leaders build cultures where strategy is strong, but people always come first.
Work-Life Balance
I’ve hit burnout and led from a place of emptiness instead of abundance, so I know how costly it can be. I’ve done the deep inner work myself, and now I help leaders move from survival mode to leading out of personal health, joy, and true thriving.
